  • Do you accept insurance?
    I do not accept insurance at this time. However, I will gladly provide a coded invoice that will have everything on it for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement as an out of network provider (I encourage you to contact your insuracne company in advance to determine this rate).
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    I ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. If cancellation is provided less than 24 hours in advance the full rate will be charged. If it is due to illness or emergency, please let me know as soon as you are able. More details are provided in the therapy forms.
